Robert (Bob) Mihara is a retired US Army officer and 2020 Pat Tillman Scholar. He earned an M.A. in History from Texas A&M University before serving on the history faculty at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He earned his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law and is a staff attorney for the San Antonio Legal Services Association which provides pro bono legal services to low-income residents.
