Robert Mihara

Robert (Bob) Mihara is a retired US Army officer and 2020 Pat Tillman Scholar. He earned an M.A. in History from Texas A&M University before serving on the history faculty at the U.S. Military Academy at West Point. He earned his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law and is a staff attorney for the San Antonio Legal Services Association which provides pro bono legal services to low-income residents. B. A. Friedman is a military analyst and an officer in the United States Marine Corps Reserve. He holds a B.A. in History from The Ohio State University and an M.A. in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. He is a founding member of the Military Writers Guild, the editor of 21st Century Ellis: Operational Art and Strategic Prophecy, and the author of On Tactics: A Theory of Victory in Battle. Jo Brick

Jo Brick is an officer in the Royal Australian Air Force. She holds a Master of Laws, and a Master of Military and Defence Studies (Advanced) from the Australian National University. She is also a graduate of the Australian Command and Staff College. Her primary interests are strategy and civil-military relations, the ethical aspects of the laws of war, command decision making, and the role of air power and armor in modern warfare. Marc K. Milligan

Marc Milligan is a staff officer in the US Air Force, currently based in Japan. He has spent operational time in Air Force Space Command, Special Operations Command, and the District of Washington, as well as with Combined and Joint Special Operations Task Forces. Marc earned a Master of International Relations and has deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation Iraqi Freedom, and worldwide as an instructor and evaluator in multiple airframes as a combat aviation advisor and mission commander.
