Kimberly N. Hale is an officer in the U.S. Air Force specializing in operations research. She earned a PhD in Policy Analysis with a focus on Quantitative Techniques and has published on The Bridge and print publications. Kim has spent time as an assistant policy analyst with the RAND Corporation and served on the assessment team for Operation Inherent Resolve, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Resolute Support.
